Like thousands of early-stage founders, we started Work246 from café tables — laptop chargers tangled up, pitching over the background roar of an espresso machine. It worked, but barely.
The frustration
Coworking spaces weren't built for us
We looked at the coworking market and found spaces priced for MNCs and VC-backed teams. Startups bootstrapping their first product were an afterthought — if they were considered at all.
The insight
Founders deserve better
The best work happens in environments designed for deep focus, collaboration, and energy. We decided to build that — without the enterprise price tag and without requiring a 12-month commitment.
