Currently the Work246 CRM is the backbone powering all Work246 centres. We are evaluating a white-label SaaS offering for other coworking operators — join the waitlist to be notified.
Yes. The billing module exports GST-compliant invoices compatible with Tally, Zoho Books, and QuickBooks. Direct API integrations are on the roadmap.
When a booking is confirmed, the CRM automatically creates a Google Calendar event for the host and all invitees via the Google Calendar API (OAuth). Updates and cancellations propagate automatically — no manual action needed.
Yes. The Work246 member app is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. It's free for all active Work246 members.
Yes. Message templates are configurable per space. You can personalise booking confirmations, invoice reminders, and event invites with member names, amounts, and deep links.
Attendance data is visible to the space manager for internal reporting and to the respective member company for their own team tracking. Individual employee data is never shared across organisations.
The billing module supports Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking), direct bank transfer (NEFT/RTGS), and cash payments with manual reconciliation. Auto-debit mandates (eNACH) are on the roadmap.
