Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your access to and use of the Work246 platform and workspace services. Please read them carefully before making a booking.

Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the Work246 website, mobile application, or booking services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Skillset Squad Private Limited (CIN: U63999MH2025PTC450146), operating under the brand name Work246, a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Eligibility
To use Work246 services you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age.
- Be capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under applicable Indian law.
- Not be barred from using the services under any applicable laws.
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and booking.
- For corporate bookings, have appropriate authorisation to bind your organisation to these terms.
Accounts
Registration: You must create an account to make bookings. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Accuracy: You agree to provide truthful and up-to-date account information. Work246 may suspend accounts where false or misleading information is provided.
One account per person: Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotional offers or circumvent sanctions is prohibited and may result in permanent suspension.
Account security: Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
Bookings
Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation email and successful payment. A booking in your cart is not a reserved booking.
Accuracy: You are responsible for selecting the correct date, time, location, and add-ons. Errors in booking details are your responsibility.
Cancellation & refunds: Cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy. Please review it before completing a booking.
No subletting: You may not sublet, resell, or transfer a confirmed booking to any third party without prior written consent from Work246.
Attendance cap: You must adhere to the booked room capacity. Exceeding the stated capacity may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
Meeting Room Use
By booking a meeting room you agree to the following house rules:
- Arrive on time. Sessions start and end at the booked time. Delays caused by the previous booking will be compensated, but we cannot guarantee overtime extensions.
- Leave the room clean and in the same condition as found. Any damage to furniture, AV equipment, or fittings will be charged to the booker.
- No smoking, vaping, or open flames in any facility.
- Alcohol is permitted only in designated areas and locations where approved.
- External catering is permitted. Work246 is not responsible for allergic reactions or food safety from external vendors.
- Recording of sessions is at the booker's own responsibility. Comply with all applicable consent and data protection laws.
- Noise levels must not disturb other co-working members or adjacent meeting rooms.
Podcast Studio Use
- You are responsible for obtaining all necessary rights, licences, and consents for content recorded in the studio, including music, guest appearances, and third-party material.
- Work246 does not accept any liability for copyright infringement arising from content recorded in its studios.
- All guests and participants must be briefed on and comply with studio rules before the session begins.
- Handle all studio equipment with care. Damage to microphones, interfaces, cameras, or other equipment will be billed at replacement cost.
- Session overruns beyond the booked end time are charged at 1.5x the hourly rate, subject to availability.
- Raw file delivery timelines are estimates. Delays caused by technical issues will be communicated promptly.
Work246 retains no rights to any content created in its studios. All intellectual property in recorded content belongs exclusively to the booker, subject to third-party rights in any included material.
Payments & Fees
Accepted methods
UPI, debit / credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), and net banking via our payment gateway partners.
Currency
All transactions are in Indian Rupees (INR). International cards may be subject to foreign exchange fees charged by your bank.
GST
Applicable GST is charged at the prevailing rate and will be reflected at checkout. A tax invoice will be emailed post-confirmation.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, the booking will not be confirmed. Contact support if an amount is debited without a confirmation email.
Pricing changes
Prices are subject to change. However, confirmed bookings will not be affected by subsequent price increases.
Disputes
Payment disputes must be raised within 7 days of the transaction date by emailing [email protected] with transaction proof.
Prohibited Conduct
The following are strictly prohibited on all Work246 premises and platforms:
- Use of facilities for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or trafficking.
- Harassment, discrimination, or intimidation of staff, other members, or guests.
- Unauthorised recording of individuals without their explicit consent.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to Work246 systems, networks, or other users' accounts.
- Using bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or extract data from the platform.
- Posting false reviews, ratings, or information about Work246 or its partners.
- Reselling bookings or credits for commercial gain without written permission.
- Bringing weapons, prohibited substances, or hazardous materials onto any premises.
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your session, suspension of your account, and/or legal action.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Work246 website and platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, button designs, and software — is the property of Work246 Spaces Private Limited or its content suppliers and is protected under Indian and international copyright and trademark laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Work246 content without our prior written consent. Limited copying for personal, non-commercial reference is permitted.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Skillset Squad Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our services or facilities.
Property & personal belongings: Work246 is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought onto its premises. Use of secure storage facilities (where available) is at your own risk.
Personal injury: Work246 maintains appropriate public liability insurance but is not responsible for personal injury resulting from misuse of facilities or non-compliance with posted safety instructions.
Cap on liability: Our total liability for any single claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Skillset Squad Private Limited, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Work246 platform or facilities; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights; or (d) any content you create in our studios.
Termination
Work246 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to services at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, non-payment, or conduct harmful to other users or Work246. Upon termination, confirmed bookings for future dates will be cancelled and refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
You may close your account at any time via account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Account closure does not release any outstanding payment obligations.
Changes to Terms
Work246 may revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or platform notification at least 14 days before the new terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using our services before the effective date.
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
Consumer disputes may also be addressed through the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC) or relevant state consumer forums as applicable under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Contact
These Terms & Conditions govern all use of Work246 services. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a separate written agreement with Work246, the written agreement shall take precedence.
